Concept
Throughout the United States, office condominiums are springing up affording the business person the opportunity to own his work space without the burden of exterior maintenance and building management. Office condos can also provide their owners an opportunity to buy property without the expense of purchasing land and the aggravation of supervising the construction of a building. An office condominium is simply an office building with two or more owners. Our dear friend Marvin Toepfer envisioned this concept 25 years ago. As a CPA, he knew the tax and wealth development benefits of owning real estate; with the development of Marvin’s Gardens we are following that dream.
Location
Marvins Gardens is located just west of South 84th Street on Forest Home Avenue in Greenfield, Wisconsin. Easy access is available to I-894 South bypass of Milwaukee near the Hale interchange, making it ideal for access to all parts of the metropolitan area. Travel time to downtown Milwaukee and General Mitchell International Airport is only 10 - 15 minutes.
Marvins Gardens is between the active South 76th Street commercial area which is anchored by Southridge Shopping Center and the Hwy 100 commercial strip, both areas of newer development. Forest Home Avenue is a high traffic area that includes other office developments and an established residential base.
